What to Expect

Our services are about 60-70 minutes long and feature heartfelt worship and a practical, Bible-based message. We have a “come as you are” atmosphere, so wear whatever makes you comfortable. You’ll be welcomed as our guest without being singled out. Our goal is for you to feel encouraged and to experience God in a real way.During our time together, you can also expect:

  • Welcome Time: Each week, we take a few moments to greet those sitting around us. This isn’t meant to make anyone uncomfortable, but is simply a chance for us to fellowship with each other. Feel free to share a handshake or just a friendly smile.
  • Communion: We celebrate communion every week. We believe it is open to all believers in Jesus. As the trays are passed, please take the emblems (the bread and the juice) and partake of them at your own pace. You’ll find a small holder for your empty cup on the back of the chair in front of you.
  • Offering: Each week, we give those who call Liberty Church of Christ home an opportunity to give as an act of worship. These gifts support the different ministries of our church and community. As our guest, please don’t feel obligated to give. We’re simply happy to have you with us.
  • Prayer: We will also take time during the service to pray together. If you have a specific prayer request you would like us to pray for, please fill out a green card located in the chairbacks. You can place it in the offering plate as it is passed, and our prayer team will be honored to pray for you this week.
